Series Scroll Parts Washing Machine

Parts move through a horizontally bedded rotating drum and are washed hands-free by alkali chemical sprayed through nozzles, then dried in the same cycle.

WORKING PRINCIPLES

Rolling drum,
hands-free cleaning.

The parts are poured into a horizontally bedded scroll and, while moving through the spiral toward the outlet, they are washed by alkali chemical pulverized via nozzles. Because each part rotates and rolls inside the drum, every piece is cleaned — and dried after the wash.

    Inlet Loading

    Parts are poured into the horizontally bedded scroll drum through the inlet port.

  2. 02

    Spiral Transport

    The spiral carries the parts steadily toward the outlet port of the machine.

  3. 03

    Nozzle Wash

    Alkali chemical is pulverized onto the parts through nozzles for full-surface cleaning.

  4. 04

    Rotate & Dry

    The rotating, rolling drum washes every piece, which is then dried in the same cycle.
