WORKING PRINCIPLE

Cavitation cleaning,
within seconds.

Materials lowered into the liquid, in a basket or suspended, are deeply cleaned without damage. Cycle time is set with the timer on the device and the bath temperature with the thermostat. On multi-stage models the wash is completed in four sections.

  1. 01

    Turbulent Pre-Wash

    Heavily soiled, oily and chip-covered parts are pre-washed hot with pressurised liquid, so the life of the ultrasonic bath is extended.

  2. 02

    Ultrasonic Wash

    Parts cleared of coarse dirt are fully cleaned by the ultrasonic cavitation effect.

  3. 03

    Rinsing

    Chemicals remaining on the parts leaving the wash stations are taken off at this station.

  4. 04

    Drying

    Liquid on the washed parts is removed with high-pressure hot air.
