PYM-1 Series Top Loading Turn Table Parts Washers

Washing is done in a completely isolated cabinet, without manual operation. Alkali chemistry water is driven through specifically placed nozzles while the basket rotates to reach the part from up, down and sides.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Touch-free cleaning
in an isolated cabinet.

During the wash, 2–5% concentration alkali chemistry water is pumped from the tank through an electro stainless steel body pump and reaches every surface of the part.

    Alkali chemistry water is pumped from the tank via an electro stainless steel body pump.

    Nozzle Spraying

    Water penetrates all parts of the dirty part through specifically placed nozzles.

    Turn Table Basket

    The basket rotates around itself to empower the washing effect from up, down and sides.
