WORKING PRINCIPLE
Isolated cabinet,
hands-free cleaning.
A 2–5% concentration alkali chemistry water is pumped from the tank through an electro stainless steel body pump and delivered to the part by specifically placed nozzles. Rinsing and drying are handled in the same cabinet, and all parameters can be controlled via PLC.

Isolated Cabinet
Washing is performed automatically in a completely isolated cabinet, without manual operation.

Stainless Steel Pump
Alkali chemistry water is pumped from the tank via an electro stainless steel body pump.

Nozzle Spraying
Specifically placed nozzles deliver water to the part from up, down and the sides.

Rotating Basket
The basket rotates around itself to improve the washing effect on over-height parts.
